These terms cover your use of Site Log, a record-keeping app for properties, events and projects. By creating an account you agree to them.
You need an account to use Site Log, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
You must be 13 or older. If you create a site and invite other people to it, you are responsible for who you give access to and what they can see.
Photos, documents, notes and every other record you put into Site Log remain yours. We store and process them so the app can work, and we do not sell them or use them to advertise to you. The privacy policy explains what is collected and who it is shared with.
Records belong to the site they were added to, not to the individual who added them. If you leave or delete your account, a site's history stays intact for the people still working on it.
Each site includes a free trial. After it ends, an active subscription is required to add new records or use the assistant. Existing records stay readable, and you can always delete them.
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and billed to your Apple Account. They renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel yours in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions — we cannot cancel it for you, and deleting your Site Log account does not cancel it.
Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us. Prices may change; if they do, the change applies from your next renewal and Apple will ask you to agree first.
A subscription covers the site it was bought for. People you invite to that site do not need their own.
The assistant answers questions using the records on the site you have open, and sends the relevant ones to OpenAI to produce a reply. It is not given access codes or Wi-Fi passwords.
Its answers are generated and can be wrong. Do not rely on it for decisions that matter without checking the underlying records yourself.

We may suspend an account that does these things, and will tell you why where we reasonably can.
We work to keep Site Log running but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because a service it depends on is down. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
You can stop using Site Log at any time and delete your account from inside the app. Remember to cancel any subscription separately through Apple.
We may end or limit your access if you materially breach these terms, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice so you can export what you need.
Site Log is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, DevStudio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. You may have rights under consumer law in your country that these terms do not affect.
Site Log is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies to your use of the app. These terms cover the service itself — your account, your data and your subscription. Where the two genuinely conflict on the licence to use the software, Apple's terms govern.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will update the date above and let you know in the app. Continuing to use Site Log after a change means you accept it.
